Google System Update Button after upgrading Android.

I Updates my xz2 to the New Android 10. But now i have 5 grey "App Buttons" saying "Google System Update". I cant delete them.

1. Open Settings>About phone
2. Tap on the Android version
3. Tap on “Google Play system update”
