Issue with Vocal message

Hello, after the update I have a problem with vocal message, especially on WhatsApp after recording a message

Same problem on my Sony Xperia XZ2 after the latest update.. 

ACR not working. 

Car Android system not communicate with handset while still linked. 

Data calls volume remains low. Can't be heard.
