Making sure my phone isnt used

Hello, i just bought an xz from poland, now i type in *#*#security#*#* and the first line under security tells me it has been factory reset in august 2018,its my second xz and i can feel difference in the keyboard already, does this mean its refurbished or just used and sold again?

Many sellers, especially the ones who sell imported phones (phones that are not ment for the market they are selling), factory reset the phones before selling.

There is the possibility that they ordered the phone, factory reseted it and had it on stock since August 2018, of course there is also the possibility of it being used. You should check for phisical signs of use, is the phone scratched? Does it came with the display and back protective film?
