I am sorry to hear about this issue, are you able to supply more information about what is happening, are you saying that you format the SD card and then reboot and then the SD card is unusable or is it another issues altogether?

Can you please advise if you have tested another SD card in the handset as this seems more SD card related then it does handset related.
