My XZ Premium won't charge or restart or get repaired with Xperia Companion

My XZ Premium won't charge or restart or get repaired with Xperia Companion.

I have tried force restart, 120s poweroff and reparing using Xperia Companion and none of the methods worked. There was no response and the LED light won't blink.

What might be the problem and how can I fix it?

You can force your device to restart or shut down in situations where it stops responding or won't restart normally.
