Another update recieve today 41.3.A.2.24,is this sequirity update or some major update for fixing issue

Why isn't the version history provided anywhere with details of what's included in each update? Why doesn't pressing learn more in the update process take you somewhere where you can actually learn more, or better still tell you within the update process what is being updated?
