I'm running into two issues, I am not receiving calls from people who appear to be on my priority list, it goes straight to voicemail.
And the vibrate feature seems to not work consistently, nor is it as strong as it used to be.
I've done two full factory restores. I'm currently using it as vanilla as possible to test it to make sure it's not an app I'm installing with no change in the behavior.
