When I click on a link within an app (eg. WhatsApp, email etc), a small window opens instead of the default browser. How can I switch it to the browser to do this?
I read on the net somewhere saying thus can be resolved be disabling the Setup Wizard. But i cannit find the Setup Wizard on the Xperia Xz1 Compact.
Thanks.
I still have this problem. Setup wizard is Greyed out for me, too.
Was able to resolve by disabling the app setup wizard as mentioned in the posts above.
In the opening links menu find setup wizard and open. Menu does not allow you to modify but there is a blue I that takes you to an new menu where you can disable the app. Could not find the app information menu otherwise.
Now to find a solution for the adaptive brightness issues...
Can you Emil please create a recipe for how to get web links in sms and email apps to open in chrome?
(and not as a popup window within det app)

I found the wizard, but all settings are gray - can't be changed (see attached screen capture) ?
Just click on the blue (i) button. Then click on the blue disable button.
For me, all links are now opened in a new chrome tab.
A-ha, Thank you very much Pjc102 - it worked! 🙂
I had exactly the same issue.
Did what your fix and ... it worked !
thank you so much !!! this was so annoying
However my point of view is taht this is no way a "proper" correction...
I expect that SONY will fix this with the next update, this kind of bug is unacceptable.
thx
