Passwords, where are they saved?

Well I've searched high and low trying to find out where my passwords are stored. Any help greatly appreciated

Hi @Johnoa, welcome to our forum!

As far as I know, the only passwords that are saved are when you use the Google feature in Google Chrome to save username and passwords when you login to a website that requires this information.

This is not done automatically, but you will be asked the first time you do it and if you change the password, you are asked to update it. This is not required and it's up to you if you want so save the passwords or not.

You can access your saved passwords if you open up Chrome > tap the three dots in the top right corner > Settings > Passwords. Here you can also turn on that passwords should be saved and if you want to be auto signed in to the websites that you have saved a password for.

You can find some additional information on the link below.

I hope that helps! Slightly_smiling_Face

Hi., thanks for the solution and it works. The only password that I couldn't find was my outlook email account password but I can get over that OK.

@Johnoa, you're very welcome! Slightly_smiling_Face

As long as you have setup a different Email address as your backup one for your Outlook account, or if you have added a phone number or similar, you should be able to reset the password that way, in case it's needed.
