Problem with software update

When I update my phone the most of my apps won't work. On the apps whatsapp, Facebook, Messenger en internet the key board doesn't work. On the settings there's no key board installed. Can anybody tell me what to do?

when you say that apps don't work, could you elaborate on the issue? have you restarted the phone? Have you updated the apps?

I've restarted the phone a few times. Only the phone got an update, not the apps.

ok, but what are the issues?

The issues are that when the phone is updated the key board doesn't work + the phone reacts very slow

could you test the phone in safe mode 

Safe mode will disable all third party apps that could be causing this issue.

Bro, just try to Uninstall the keyboard app(SwiftKey) which is given as default in sony devices.. And reinstall it once again.. And let me know so that I too raise complaint from my side to support you....
