I can't access files sent from my laptop. Where do they go to and how can I open them
You should have File Commander app already installed, open it and from there you can use the search bar to find your files, usually they're in a Bluetooth or download folder.
If you don't have the File Commander app, you can also use Sony's FILES app to explore your phone and find them.
