Ive had a XZ for a while now and it stopped working like a few weeks ago and I got it replaced / fixed and it obviously got a software update as well, thing is - it already contained loads of bloatware - but now its ... ridiculousto say the least what shipped with the rom, and I would really really really like to get all those apps removed (btw why would you force me to install dropbox? how much did they pay? =P) na sorry for going off track, I am getting to the point;
I used to be active in the android dev community, so I tough I might just grab a aosp rom, but then I stumbled upon various threads regarding the camera driver which seems to sit on a seperate partition and gets wiped once you unlock the bootloader, so I guess its true since there are credible sources claiming these things - is there a stock xperia without all the bloat (I guess thats a call in vain but ye) which can be hard flashed without loosing all the camera driver? or is my only safe bet to downgrade, backup ta and one of the community build roms?
