As @Strampke wrote, we have no program/application that lets you restore deleted files on your device.
If you have very recently made a backup of the device using Xperia Companion, you can restore this backup and get the photos back, or if you have setup Google Photo to upload all photos and videos directly to Google Drive you can download them again to your device.
To check if you have used this service, open up the Photo application in your device and see if you are able to view the deletes photos here or go to photos.google.com and login with the same Google account that you have in the device.
