Ring tone goes silent randomly

My Xperia premium ring tone kerosene going onto 'none' I've updated the software, restarted it and it still does it randomly. I've put it in safe mode and it does not occur. Why is this suddenly happening when I've not added any new apps for a long while.

@Ashiesingh is your ringtone stored in the internal memory or the SD card?

Internal memory. It's on the standard ring tones.

@Ashiesingh that's weird, I can't find the ringtone with that name on my device. could you change to another default ringtone and see if the same thing happens?

None of my build-in ringtones has the name Kerosene, perhaps it came with an app?

Also, could it be a Theme applied that changes the ringtone? Try selecting one of the build-in themes and see if it changes then.

Hi tried all the above and still keeps going into silent mode.
