Everytime when I make or get a call or listen to WhatsApp Audio message my screen turns off and can't turn it on untill the call/message is over. What should I do? Xperia XZ
I have the same problem. I know it has something to do about a sensor that are supposed to detect when you have your phone next to your ear. But i hope someone knows how to fix it.
@Hjellis@Soulsus00 You can try to clean the proximity sensor located in the right upper side near the Sony logo on the XZ. It is very sensitive and any dirt can enable it.
There is also a possibility that a 3rd party app is involved.
