Sd card xz premium

Ive had my xz premium for about 12 months now, since day one ive had my sd card in and working without a problem. Now its stopped working and i cant access anything on there

My computer can still read everything on the sd card, no problem 

Ive tried formatting it though the phone, it says its ready to use, but still wont show my files

If you formatted it then there would be no files on it to see. 

Can you share a picture of your settings->storage?
