hello, i have a problem with my sony xperia xz premium often the black color turns into a light gray, for example the black keyboard turns gray, or the black drop-down menu turns gray, sometimes turning off the device and restarting it returns to normal, other times days pass before returning to black. the phone works well and does not give me problems, it has been damaged or otherwise. does anyone have an explanation? thank you

Do you have some theme app that could be changing to dark mode maybe?

thanks for the answer, I tried to change the theme, but every now and then the problem recurs, but if I do the sony display test the screen is black and not gray.

Can you check in Settings > Accessibility > Color correction, make sure it is switched off?
