Bonjours je viens de faire l'acquisition du Xz1... Mais problème quand j'écoute du son 3D Avec un casque ou ecouteur le son 3d sort des 2 oreilles et l'on a pas l'immersion

(un son qui est censé sortir de l'écouteur droit vas être sur les 2 ecouteur) 

Hello I just bought the Xz1 ... But problem when I listen to the sound 3D With a headphone or earpiece 3d sound comes out of 2 ears and we have no immersion

(a sound that is supposed to come out of the right earphone will be on both earphones)

Welcome to the community and i wish you a very happy new year.

Just be aware that since this is a global forum, english is the more easy way to let us help you more and more quickly.

Are you refering to Surround sound? That´s only available for the phone speakers, not headphones. But you have other sound enchanments under the Audio Settings.

To enhance the sound output automatically

1. Find and tap Settings > Sound > Audio settings.
2. Disable the DSEE HX function by tapping the slider, if it is enabled.
3. Enable the ClearAudio+ function by tapping the slider.

To adjust the sound settings manually using the Equaliser

1. Find and tap Settings > Sound > Audio settings.
2. If the ClearAudio+ function or the DSEE HX function is enabled, tap the slider to disable it.
3. Tap Sound effects > Equaliser.
4. To adjust the sound manually, drag the frequency band buttons. To choose a preset arrangement, tap an select an arrangement, then tap OK to confirm.
