An icon with a phone and some triangle above appeared and is now gone again..

Can't find any reason or explanation for this issue..

Hi @HolographicNick, welcome to our forum!

Do you remember if the icon was to the left or right in the status bar? Usually system icons are to the right and icons for new text message, Email and so on will be to the left.

If it was to the right and there was a phone involved, it sounds like it's either VoWiFi (calls over Wi-Fi) or VoLTE (calls over the 4G network).

The VoWiFi icon is in most cases displayed with a phone icon and then you have the Wi-Fi "cone" next to it or they can be combined so it's the phone icon and the "cone".

Do you know if your operator supports any of these services for your Xperia XZ Premium? You can also check in the device settings if you find a setting for it.

Single SIM devices

1. Find and tap Phone.
2. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) > Settings > Calls > Wi-Fi Calling. If Wi-Fi Calling isn't available, contact your network operator.
3. Tap the switch beside Off to enable Wi-Fi Calling.

Dual SIM devices

1. Find and tap Phone.
2. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) > Settings > Calling accounts > Select a SIM card > Wi-Fi Calling. If Wi-Fi Calling isn't available, contact your network operator.
3. Tap the switch beside Off to enable Wi-Fi Calling.

For VoLTE, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile networks > Advanced > Enable VoLTE.
