Unlock with voice match feature doesn't work

Hi, 

The unlock with voice feature recognize my voice but doesn t unlock the phone. 

What should i do to fix?

Currently voice related things associated with Google is broken with Xperia phones with Oreo. Enabling them will cause phones to freeze/restart, neither does these functions work properly. That's a shame that Google was not doing their job properly (that voice thing also kills Android wears), neither did Sony's engineers came and rescue us after that many months.

Hi thanks for your answer.  Is this an official statement by Sony? So the problem it s not Google related but just Sony related? Is there any other sony official Channel where can we complain about this issue? 

Anyway, my phone doesn t freeze.. Just does t unlock through vocal input.

Whatever I said is based on the observations across various users (not only Sony, have a search on Google you will see) . Good to know your phone doesn't freezes (mine does since day one, disabling 'ok Google' solved it). There are various thread on Reddit and XDA. The way of complaining I could thought of is go Google play, Google's official forum, and to Sony I guess will be here.

BTW I heard 8.1 solved many of these issues, hopefully we will have everything solved with a polished 8.1 soon...
