USB Tethering very slow on Linux

Hi,

I'm using a laptop under Linux (Ubuntu 16.04.4) and a Sony Xz premium ( Android 8.0.0).

When i use the usb tethering (with the usb-c Sony cable) the laptop download is very low, less  than 1Mbps, with a lot of RX error:

$ ifconfig

same test on my phone:

I have try with another linux distro and it's the same behavior.
I don't have any issue with the same laptop and Windows 10.

i have read that the Oneplus user have the same problem and find a resolution with a OS phone upgrade here .

Can someone help me ?

Same issue here.

It is a shame that OnePlus successfully fixed the issue but Sony doesn't.
