When I Start my Sony Xpria XZ It stucks on Sony logo and restart

One Day my Xperia z suddenly shutdown and when I try to start it, it starts optimising apps. And it is only optimising apps when it is connected to power supply. And now it is routine with my XZ. Anytime it is shut down and again same process. It is also taking time to optimise apps. Battery is also not working properly. 

Please help me. I also tried factory reset, sim card and memory card remove, software repair but nothing works.

1.) charge the device 1-2 hours using wallmount charger (ignore bootloops)

2.) perform software repair using Xperia Companion

power on device volume up + power button.
