Why does my phone say files lost

sometimes when i use my phone a animated picture of a girl/lady comes up and says oops files lost

Must be advertisments of some kind of app you installed

Try:

- Delete last 5 apps (show apps and sort on date installed)

- Try if it happens in safe mode (which it probably does not)

@Laine60 it's most likely caused by some app you've installed. apps that clsim to improve performance, save battery or "optimize RAM" are known for displaying that kind of ads. there are also other known adware apps like ES File Explorer and SHAREit.
