Wireless charging

Hi, any idea whats the solution.

I have a Samsung Wireless charger, and when I connect to the network it seems indicate as it should,  but when I  put my XZ3 on it nothing happens..no indication on the mobile or the Samsung  Wireless charger.

Any idea what to do???

make sure that is Qi wireless charging

Thanks, as fare I understand Xperia XZ3 have QI..is it maybe some turn on/turn off I have to do on the mobile??

none that I'm aware of, but if your phone has a protective case that might be the issue

Yes it's something you should activate from settings. 

Go to settings - - sound--advanced - - - then enable the charging sounds
