XZ PREMIUM file directory ALL IS EMPTY?

Hello, I wanna ask about the XZ Premium problem, I am using oreo 8.0 currently and this phone is a brand new.

Question:

I cannot access the Android folder or Apps folder directory from phone or PC, all the files is hidden but cannot be shown even ticking "show hidden files" on PC. Is it normal? How to solve it? Thanks

@Zetchs is your phone unlocked when you try to explore? (PIN/pass correctly inserted)

yes, unlocked. I can access common files such as pictures and musics, but not inner android and app files. There's a ton of junk files that I can't remove.

@Zetchs can you normally remove apps from the phone itself? Also, can you check if in internal memory files show up correctly?

Yes, I can remove the apps from the phone (I can install or unistall normally), but not from the file explorer. Since the explorer doesn't show a thing but only folders with empty files inside.
