Hello everyone,
I would like some assistance with my new Xperia XZ Premium. I'm having issues downloading the software updates as it is very slow, I have a 3mb connection which is fast enough to download applications with ease (I've tried downloading apps without problems). I've also tried updating the software via Xperia Companion but it's still slow. I tried to repair my phone but it's not progressing. Hope someone would be able to help me fix these issues as I'm being frustrated with my new phone and can't enjoy the luxury of exploring my phone.
