When writing SMS...want to add pic.

There seems to be no way to swipe keyboard away from top of the buttons, laying underneath it??

To add a picture to your text message you click the small paper clip on the left, while phone is in portrait mode. If you have the phone in landscape mode, you have to click down the keyboard to view the paper clip.

I can see that paperclip, but when I click on it, first I can see for a fraction of a second, those buttons, but then keyboard will come on top.

No matter which way the phone lays, keyboard is on top of those buttons.

Original keyboard which came with the phone, acts in the same way.

Any other suggestions?

I have the same problem! When I click on the paperclip, the keyboard stays up regardless of whether the phone is in portrait or landscape mode. When I click on the "down" symbol, the keyboard goes down, and I can see all the attach options for a fraction of a second before it goes down completely with the keyboard. I've successfully touched the "attach photo" symbol right before the whole thing disappears... but it takes a lot of trials...

How do we fix this problem???

As there seems to not be any solutions for this problem... should I consider this as a feature?

That sounds strange. Do you see this issue also in safe mode? To restart in safe mode, hold the on/off button and then tap and hold the shutdown option.

It does work fine in safe mode! So how can we fix this problem in normal mode?

What happens in safe mode is that the phone starts without loading any apps that you've downloaded so this indicates that the issue is caused by an app that you've downloaded. Hard to say which app that could cause something like this though. I would suspect it's an app that has some type of overlay like Facebook Messenger. Do you have any app like that and if so, could you try to uninstall it?

Today I tried it in a safe mode (a see through text on a lower left corner, indicating it's on).

Now keyboard is original, I believe, because there's some chinese character on a right side of "space".

So... new message... add recipient... then a few words as a message itself... clip is visible... hit it... it turned to an "X", but nothing else happened. Nothing.

A new tap on "X", and clip is visble again.

A keyboard does not disappear...

Then... I hit the "down" arrow to hide keyboard... it disappears and after that, a clip is on a lower left corner... when I hit on it to add a pic... I can see those buttons for a fraction of a second... until keyboard appears on top of them.

So... there's no difference between normal/safe mode.
