When my phone rings the screen is black and if I turn power on it hangs up calls. If my phone is on and it runs there is no way to answer it unless I use put up to ear option and then I can't see who's calling before I answer because it doesn't show any information. Please help. Started doing this after recent update
I am using Xperia ZR, sometimes i encounter this problem, but i dont find IncallUI in Settings --> Apps --> All, as well as not in Settings --> Personalization --> Manage Notifications. Need suggestion on this.
