Cannot connect to WiFi. Tried all diagnostics and tablet reset. Worked ok in the past. Modem working fine with other computers/phone.

Hi @lvb, sorry to hear about this. 
Do you see the available Wi-Fi network(s) when you go to Settings > Wi-Fi? If you do, is there any error message when you try to connect to the network(s)?
If you have the possibility to try with another Wi-Fi network, that would be great so we can see if this behaviour occurs on that network as well.
You can also try and reset the network settings in your device and see if you then are able to connect to a Wi-Fi network. To do that, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset >
Find and tap RESET SETTINGS, once it has been done, reboot your device and see if you are able to connect to the network.
If there has been no change, try rebooting your device in safe mode and see if you can connect to the network when downloaded applications aren't loaded.
