Cant play audio video

Unable to play any music or video files. My walkman can open and select a song, but does not play, sa me eith video! :-?

I do synchronise my phone pics to my laptop when connecting. But I have no idea what I did from last night to this morning that would explain this issue.

What you can do is boot on safe mode. And then check if you can play the files.
