is anoyne have isuse with charginig?When i play any game and charge my phone at same time battery percentage goes down,an when im not play games it charge normaly.Can somone tell me what problem is,and mobile is new i buy him i week ago brend new.

It may not necessarily be strange that the device discharges while you are charging it, depending on how heavy load the device is under and your power source. What power source are you using, and under how much load is the device?

If you for example have full screen brightness, and have a lot of apps/services running in the background while also playing a demanding game resource wise, then the device could lose battery even while charging.

It is difficult for me to say if what you are experiencing is strange or not without having some more details, could you fill me in please?

I charging with charger ep 880,and brightnes is always on adaptive brightnes,i dont have any backround app while playing games,and if play clash royale still is discharge.

Yeah that's because your phone heats up and that slows the charging down and the incoming charge is less than the the charge you're using and that's why the charge decreases while playing games

And that's perfectly normal that happens on my z3+ also, you don't have to worry about it.

@stefan5 thank you, could you also let me know the power source? For example, a wall socket or a computers USB-port? As mentioned by @Luscious_Fire, this could be completely normal depending on the circumstances.

This happens everywhere even for a charger plugged in to a wall socket as "the phone" reduces the charge going to the battery to reduce heat caused due to charging.
