I would actually advise running a software repair as below in this case as it will likely sort this out for you:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

Is it too slow or too fast, or is it just changing the to randomly?

Do this affect all clocks? System, widget and lock screen?

Which build number are you running on? (Settings > About phone)

Seems to be just random and all clocks, running build no. 14.1.G.2.257

When you say that it is changing time, can you elaborate? For example is it suddenly jumping by hours or minutes or is it a more subtle change than this.

I would also advise uninstalling any task killers you may have installed on your device.
