Do not disturb with allow priority is supposed to allow calls and texts of starred/favorite contacts to still ring and vibrate. This feature was working in the previous version but no longer works on Android 6.0.1 on my Z2 with the Feb 1, 2016 patch.

When DND is activated ( same caller in 15 min ) , my Z2 allow the call even if it's the first .

I force my priority only on where only msgs can come in from starred and I still get everyone coming in instead of only starred.

Same problem for me (Xperia Z2 with 23.5.A.1.291) the phone is not ringing at all neither with starred contacts or double calls in the 15 minutes range.

I've test my Xperia Z5 Compact (E5803) w/Android 7.1.1 and there are definite problems w/DND.

For instance, in Priority Mode:

Messages set to "From Anyone": the phone will vibrate for each received message but there will be no sound.

Messages set to "From contacts only": no notifications (no vibrate, no sound) when message received.

When DND is off, the phone works as expected (sound & vibrate upon message received).

*All* my contacts are Google contacts. (There is a single phone ICE contact in my phone). I have chosen particular Google contact groups to include on my phone.

I have followed all the previous advice of checking for failed updates, etc.

Before the updates, DND worked just fine. After screwing with it for the past 2 months, I've given up on it. Very frustrating to be faced with either (1) spam interruptions because DND is off or (2) no notifications because DND is on. In the meantime I'm using Silence Premium, and contemplating switching to an iPhone (gasp!).
