I wonder if I unlock my bootloader ( and lose DRM keys ) and later relock it, DRM keys and some lost functionalities such as camera quality will be restored? Or they are gone forever?

If you unlock your bootloader you will loose DRM keys and relocking will not bring them back, You need to root without unlocking the bootloader then backup your TA partition - Then you can unlock your bootloader and should you wish to relock it then you need to restore the TA partition to reaquire your DRM keys, However as far as I'm aware there is no way yet to root without unlocking the bootloader, But check over on XDA for more details

If there is a way to root without unlock please share with us. I am not able to restore from my z2 backup and am looking ways to restore from a old titanium backup which was done on my samsung S4.
