End of headphone jack stuck in Xperia Z

Hi, the end of my headphone jack snapped off and became stuck in my Xperia Z. Any solutions/suggestions?

I think it will be hard to get that out by yourself without risk of damaging the phone. I recommend that you contact a service location for assistance. If you need information on your nearest service location you can contact your local support: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Is there anyother way out, have already visited Sony Service center for the issue.

Suggested way out :

1) Either the hand set has to be replaced, with cost to me paid by me which was not disclosed

2) They need to keep the phone with them for a week (not sure whether this issue can be resolved at their end). They say they are not allowed to diamantle the Z series phone & do not know if this can be possibly resolved.

Really feel helpless with the Sony Service support team's suggetions at the moment.

Is there another way to disable the headphone mode? I can try n do myself if they are not willing to.
