Hello,can anyone please help me fix this? I keep getting the error message: com.sonyericsson.crashmonitor has stopped each time i reboot my phone and its switched back on. I recently updated to the latest build of Marshmallow for my Xperia Z5 E6653 and since then i get this message. Phone is still not rooted etc.

See if turning off 'Send Usage Info' in SETTINGS»About Phone»Usage info settings, does any thing helpful

There's another menu option its linked to in the Sony Diagnostic App, but I can't remember the title and I won't be able to tell you because I've removed it on my phone so you'll need to take a screenshot in the Diagnostic App to refresh my memory if you want to check if it's turned off there too

I found this under diagnostics and have tried restarting already with no success. Also, i updated to the latest software build and that when this error started showing

Next thing to check is if the Sony Enterprise and devicemonitor services have stopped

I dont have imgur unfortunately. It isnt affecting performance or anything that i can pick up. Its just annoying that it pops up each time the phone was restarted and i have to clear it,so lets hope the pic is approved and maybe suggestions can be made then. Thanks again for the help though.
