GPS test is getting failed in my device Xperia Z1 (LTE) and also not getting the accurate location in Google maps

What should I do to fix this problem?

Suggest me a convenient way..is it a software problem or a hardware??

I'm sorry to hear about this.

It's hard to say if it related to hardware or software before we have done some troubleshooting!

Is it the GPS test that is available in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > GPS that failed or are you using a third party application to test the GPS? If you haven't done that test in diagnostics I'd recommend that you start there!

If the test fails or that is the test that you have already done, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and do the test again / use the Google maps application and see if the application is able to locate your position when third party applications aren't loaded.
