gps without signal

hi, i have had a z5 for 3 weeks now,i bought it as i was annoyed at other makes of phones messing up. I now feel i made a big mistake. i get force errors, its slow alot of the time, wifi is tempermental and the GPS doesnt work at all and i cant send it back as the rear glass had broke in my pocket for no reason what so ever as i was stood all the time it was in there. EE wont do anything without £100 on insurance which i wont pay, i refuse to pay because of how rubbish the phone is BRAND NEW and how brittle it is and the fact a samsung died on me 3 times in 12 months resulting in insurance excess and the final time it cost me early upgrade fees to move away from samsung. No i have a broken phone for no reason and no gps that i use alot.

with the gps i get quite often around 20 satellites in view but never any fix.Ive tried about 10 apps to fix this, ive tried using the service menu and purge assistance but no joy. I am about to put this phone in the bin and NOT pay anyone for it, if i have to i will seek legal advice against ee and sony as what is supposed to be a brand new working phone is actually the biggest waste of money ive had for years.

Can you at least advise me on the gps issue????????????????

That's something I dont want to do. By the time I've paid repairers etc I would have paid the handset price and STILL have my 24 month contract to pay that just started. Poor quality and service from ee and Sony has cost me or is going to cost me alot of money. Its like I'm being charged for membership to a fake website. All payout n nothing to show for it apart from rubbish. 3 weeks I've had a brand new phone that instantly broke and had issues from day 1. I will do what it takes legally and via social media to spread the word about ee and Sony.

Deceived you? Sony and ee are amazingly poor at service. 1200 I'll pay for this contract and I feel like I've been scammed. Now another load of cash to fix manufacturer problems. disgusting!! Legal advise will be coming my way mondau

So despite the fact that there has been countless reports of a weak back screen magically breaking and being the reason I can't send my phone back under warranty, Sony are going to do nothing to help me? I have to pay the bill on a BRAND NEW phone because of a hugely reported design fault. for a support page you don't offer much support!

Do you understand that this is a USER based forum? you can contact Sony directly >>> Local support 

again, the glass can't crack on it's on, I know it's frustrating but it can't "magically break" as you stated.
