Hi all
Ive got a Z5 Premium and ive noticed that when i use flash, any blacks in my pictures come out with a green tint
Ive attached a photo so you can see
Is my camera broken or is this a software problem?
Thanks
I can't see the picture just yet until it gets approved, does your phone has a protective case, or film or anything near the camear lens/flash?
No film or case
This is the phott if its still not shoing up
My camera on the z5C is making a large green patch when using the flash. This has started after the last android update it would seem.
See photo attached.
I'm also a victim of " Green Tint" below the screen on my pics.
1. No case on the phone
2. No visible Scratches on the lens
This seems like a software issue can Sony do something about it.
It happens when applying Flash on lowlight invironment.
Please help
Same here,
Not sure if it has anything to do with it but my phone is yellow.
To me it looks like light from the flash hits the camere sensor from the side.
So some sort of light leak inside the casing.
Do you have any scratches on the lens? or is the flash LED obscured by the frame and not completely visible? you should see the yellow LED component square entirely through its window
you're all taking photos while the device is landscape right?
haze on bottom means LED is below shutter - device is rotated, haze on left means device upright
I'm going to show you something that will blow your mind.
Here's my Black Z5C taking a photo and here is it's lens
Now, here is my White Test device that I always purposely break to fix things
Now.. same white device...
How?
Here's some video evidence
did I mention how much lithium forums **bleep**?
well they do
edit:
there's a picture in this thread that will give a similar issue when using tempered glass that isn't aligned properly
