Hi mew, welcome to the community!
If you have set up my Xperia prior to losing the phone then you can log into my Xperia or Android device manager with your google account (or a sony entertainment network account if using my Xperia) and see whether it locates the device or not. If it doesn't locate the device it is because your phone is either turned off, has no internet connection or doesn't have my Xperia or lcoation services turned on which unfortunately means the only option is to contact your network provider or perhaps the police.

I don't think this can be done here, and for security reasons don't post your IMEI here or on any other forums please.
If you set up MyXperia, you can track your phone from here.
If you set up Android device manager, you can track your phone from here.
If you didn't set up neither of them, may be contact your carrier and police and may be they can help you track it.
