What keyboard do you use? If it is the stock Xperia keyboard, Go to Settings--Language & input--Xperia keyboard--Text input settings--My words--long press on any word, the word will be marked and check boxes will appear for other words too, and there will be a delete option at the bottom.
If you use some other keyboard from the Play store, try this location: Settings--Language & input--Personal dictionary.
