Increasing Volume option doesn't work

As the title says - it starts ringing at the level i've set it. 
I'm seting ringtone volume at maximum because of the ridiculously low notifications sound.

I don't have such option in Sound

Nope.

I have only Equalizer, Surround sound (VPT) and S-Force.

Tried ém all and nothing is different

Have your phone been in contact with water at all? if it has then you have to wait for the speaker to dry out entirely

U might want to look over here, not a single soul of support is done over there, when we want is our notification sounds and tones to be loud that's all, meaning sms, whatsapp, Facebook, which ever app tones or ringtones to be loud, when people calls us, our Z3 ringtones are loud, but notification TONES are soft.

Does the support team ever give us a answer?
