Issues with camera

I dont get the choice of Screenshot as I push and hold the on/off button 

AND

As I use the videocamera - and zoom in - the image get blurry !

1. Press and hold power & volume down at the same time

2. the Z1 has both optical and digital zoom, if you zoom in, the first half its white and the second transparent, the first half its the optical zoom, the second half is digital zoom the later will blur things up.

Power button+vol down at the same time,it must work.
