Micro sim card not detected in my Experia ZL

I've sony experia ZL, I am facing sim card problem only for a single/particular network. My phone is working fine for all other networks in my country, but only for that particular network, it is not showing sim card.  Please tell me the particular solution.

Was it originally a micro sim card or did you cut it?
