my z ultra broke?

Greetings
I bought my z ultra around 4 months ago from Amazon
didn't get any warranty
it worked like a charm and I really loved this  phone
but yesterday I was playing "plants vs zombies" and the game music suddenly stopped
then the phone restarted
when it turned on again the screen was black so I restarted it again
and it worked for a while but it didn't play any sound the music, calls, nothing
tried the headphone also didn't work and every now and then the phone restarts and gives me an error msg
examples " processor is not working do you want to stop it? (yes/no) and some times other similar errors
I did a factory reset (did that around 5 times) the phone worked again and there was no problem with the sound for around 30 min
then it stopped again I did an update and a repair and it didn't work
same thing with safe mode

please I need help as a college student I need my phone desperately ! (actually am broke till my salary which I will get after 1-2 weeks so i cant fix it at sony world but i will go there and ask them if they know anything about the problem)

stuff u might need to know

1-I ran the diagnosis from "settings> about phone> diagnosis
everything worked except speaker, earpiece, mic

2-my phone is not rooted
3-my phone did not fall on the ground or hit anything hard
4-I didn't put my phone in water for over a week and when I do I make sure all the caps are closed

5-when I use my bluetooth headset I do hear the music from the phone and I can make calls

6-I have an anti virus on my phone (lookout) and I didn't install anything on my phone for 2 days be4 the problem
7-when I turn my phone on and the screen is black sometimes I can pull down the bar in the top
8-my lock screen seems to be working fine most of the time
9-and there is this strange thing when I played a video I  had on my SD card
the sound didn't come out but the video played at a high speed every thing was going around twice as fast as it should
10-and I did try the factory reset with the SD card in and out
11-after my phone restarts if I click on the power button to turn off the screen I can't turn it on again
till it restarts

Repair your phone with SUS and remove both SIM and SD cards, after you are done with SUS try to turn it on and use it w/o the cards

thanx for the fast answer and sorry for the late replay
i tried updating it twice from SUS
the sound came back for less than a minute (i could hear the tick sound from tapping)
then it was gone
the videos still play at a high speed (youtube when i let it load be4 watching)

and both my SIM and my memory card were removed be4 attempying to fix the phone

In this case you may want to look at returning the handset so that it may be assessed by an authorised repair agent sorry.
