My Z5 fell down into a container with oil, warranty is still active.

My Sony Z5 fell down into oil and now seems like oil got inside of the phone somehow ( i thought it cant since the phone is waterproof ) , now i have some shades on my display looking like oil stains and one volume button is not working.

I was wondering if i can get it fixed by sony customer service? Warranty active till 02.2018

why did you remove the post i ,ade where your own website says it must not even come in contact with a drink?  

that is why people don't trust your marketing.  you say may be when your marketing says no.  therefore people think it is like the z1 adverts (underwater) and not the "deflect rain" Z5 adverts...

Or is Samsung showing a phone falling under water becoming a problem now the z5 etc are outclassed for something they got right with the z1?
