Phonebook not syncing nor steering controls working with CD400+ on Vauxhall Astra J GTG 2014

Brand new car, latest software on the car and the phone won't work

The car works fine with a blackberry 9380 and a Nokia 520 contacts and calls, controls everything works.

My SONY Z however does not, when you try and anwser the call in-car it won't allow you to select the answer or hang up.

The address book won't sync.

When is SONY going to sort this very simple but important issue out, I mean even a blackberry works better!!!

I have this same problem. The car has been checked by Vauxhall technicians and has the latest software. It works fine with Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini and Sony Xperia Z2 running Android Kitkat 4.4.2 but doen not work with my Sony Xperia Z running Android Kitkat 4.4.2 with latest build. Sony Support please help!!

my father has a moto g which was using 4.4.2,  it has now been updated to 4.4.4 and now the bluetooth in his vauxhall insigna works perfect now.

We need 4.4.4 and sony won't say if the sony z is getting it at all ??

confirmed and working  sony z c6603 is working with the latest 4.4.4 in car bluetooth, finally !!
