I have using the default wallpaper of the xperia z, but i wish to switch to another wallpaper even in 1080p wallpapers, but while I set to change the wallpaper it asks to crop the image and i cannot select the entire image to fit into the screen. if selected it zooms to particular portion of the wallpaper and I am not satisfied with it. Is there any way to select the entire image as the wallpaper of the phone, or we have to use the default themes or wallpapers loaded in the phone... thank you in advance...

The correct size of an Xperia Z wallpaper is 2160x1920 px. If you use this size image, you can include it all, before you crop it. For more information about Xperia Z wallpapers (and also to get some nice wallpapers), you may visit this web page:

There were another thread on this with additioal apps from Google Play which allows to use your images as wallpappers without cropping, but I do not remember the names.
Cropping- It is a known issue.
I believe the launcher Nova Launcher from Google Play allows you to select a picture as wallpaper and have it displayed on one homescreen only without scrolling. Some cropping may of course be needed depending on what resolution your picture has.
you mean the "image 2 wallpaper" app, right?
i'm using this app and it's fabulous.
I guess so, correct
I tried this, it doesn't work. Still had to crop picture, but had to crop slot more of it off.
You can also use an app calles "Zedge"
you can directly set any wallpaper you downloaded from that app as a full screen wallpaper, no croping.
