Z3 Dual question

Hi I purchased the xperia z3 two days ago, as I used it as normal the screen stopped working and dont give a picture, but I'm getting calls and messages and I have not used it underwater and the phone is not subjected to any strike at all. any ideas ?

Try this:

1. restart your phone

2. if you have a protective case and/or film, remove them and check again

If 1 and 2 doesn't work then repair it with PCC

@uliwooly Thank you for your help, but i tried to download a new softwar ,i doesn't work now i will change the screen and i think it will work.
(New problem: cannot find a white screen ! )
