If you want to deny screen overlay for an app in your phone, find and tap Settings > Tap Apps > Tap the gear icon > tap Draw over other apps > Find and tap the app that you want to stop the overlay for > drag the slider next to the app to the left > Close and reopen the app you were originally using when the message appeared > Find and tap Settings > Apps > tap the name of the app > Permission > set the permission.
